does this device support 4g network in  India

Getting no service error when using dual sim cards when lock screen us up.  Works otherwise.  Do other people experience this?

I am having similar problem.
When I turn on both SIMs, only one SIM is workable at a time. The other SIM says no network available. Individually, each SIM in their respective SIM slots work.
I had UMI Super and UMI Plus E, the dual SIMS work.
Please help.

Please check and compare IMEI numbers. Please use two different network  providers.

Checked the IMEI - both are different and am using 2 different service providers too.
Still unable to have both SIMs working.

Any of you able to get both SIMS working simultaneously for this phone?
(ie SIM1 data, SIM2 calls and SMS)

I have no such issue on my device.
Please use SPFT and flash complete ROM
