UMI Super not charging after upgrade

My UMI super has stopped charging and does not want to charge any longer and the best part is that my computer does not read it , i haven't found any possible fix yet and could any one guide me to the right way that would be helpful, i really want to make this phone charge again but seriously it does not even connect on my laptop (win10). please help

Firstly you should check USB cable.

Get proper windows 10 drivers and flash your phone with android 6 firstly.

If you want you can try latest Android 7 and on XP Windows too

problem is i cannot flash the phone cause the phone cannot be recognized by the computer , the phone does not even charge on the computer so i cannot flash it
