I'd just updated to 7.1.1 rom via OTA and found 1 issue so far:the stock camera app tells me that another app is using the camera/flash.

Factory wiped and the issue persisted, wiped again but didnt initilized the setup (just press skip on all options), and the problem disappeared.
Wiped again and did everything normally and the problem got back.
Besides the simptom of the camera app, the flashlight icon of the navbar is acting strange, like off -turning on- on- off.

So now I wiped and skipped the setup and the problem is gone. Is it possible that the setup is messing up the environmental variables?
Did someone got the same simptoms?

I'm fixing my problems on-the-go because I'm a developer and dont have the patience to wait for solutions fall from the sky....

Update:
Whenever I switch the default simcard the issue comes back, however if you switch the default DATA simcard to the same sim of voice and SMS and keep switching you flashlight on-off by the navbar the issue got fixed until the next switch of sims. (you may got a warning about simprocessor).

It seems like the system configuration of the simcards manage to create a power ocilation that can bring problems to wifi/bluetooth and flash...
If you have problems related to wifi/bluetooth/camera and (maybe) softreboots try booting your phone only with one SIM or setting DATA, SMS and VOICE to the same SIM.
