Recovery Mode

I received mynew Umi Super phone  but unfortunately every time I wantto make a picture it makes "crash" the phone.
The "Camera" application stops abruptly.
There are an upgrade on Android 7





I have receive this answer from the seller :

The problem you met is maybe a fault of the software, please try to do as follows:
1 Press the power button and the volume button "-" at the same time,
2 Select the recovery mode
3 Then choose the third and fourth options (wipe data / factory reset and wipe cache partition) after entering the recovery mode.





but when I made this one, I don't find the Recovery Mode ...only the Factory Mode
