I'm not talking about the flash, I am not even using it.

The main issue is that the camera quiality is very bad, blurry even when I don't make any movment.
I guess it is a software issue and not hardware.

So how can you solve it?

Very sad to buy 3 phones that are not as described.

Unfortunately all Umi phones are not the best in camera but they are still average, only Umidigi Z pro is the best. For now Z1 is the best option from Umi family (if you like amoled LCD and have extra few bobs to spend then Z1 pro) as battery is lasting "forever" also system is very stable and SoC very strong.
Did you update phone to latest firmware?

Hello to everyone .. I have purchased Z1 for 10 days and I have some problems ..(i am from greece and the phone is connected to Cosmote ) ...1) When I make a call,  immediately close the display and I have to press the (on-off) button to show the call .. the same when they call me, the screen is black and there is no call. 2) it does not connect to 4g only to 3g
I have already done two reboots and I have placed the new one 826 out of 726....

Only first ROM was giving those issues with screen going off during call.
Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset) then check for updates (settings - about phone - wireless update)

i try the original backup and nothing happend . now i have the latest rom  (UMIDIGI Z1 V1.1_20170826 ROM - SPFT + OTA ), not from update , because didnt take it . i put it myself from here and when i put earphones its ok the calls ..  i m steel didn t have 4g . i wait a little and will see ..

4G is very strong on Z1 so please put correct APN details. (settings - more - mobile networks - access point name)

All okey with 4g signal .. you have right , full 4g with another card ( wind company ). my first card want manual some network settings for an unknown reason .   usually all this is automatically ..
Its a good phone and do many things with right programs ..
