Hello,

I've got a big trouble with my UMI Z : he got a trouble, don't know what and how but it has restart several times, with only the "UMI" screens during more than 2 hours and, when the battery was over, has finally fail.
Since that, totally impossible to load the battery and impossible to restart the phone !! what can I do ?

I am not sure I understand exactly your problem but I will try to give you some hints.
Most important question is if the phone is able to charge when fully turned off. If it charges then there is a high possibility it could be connected in debug mode via USB and reflashed using SPFT. If it doesn´t charge at all and it is dead then you should RMA it as it is probably hardware related issue.

It could be in sort of a locked up state where you could wait a day or two for battery to drain completely and then give it a 10-15 minutes to charge. If that doesn´t work RMA is the only way I guess. Anyway if your problems didn´t occur after performing OTA update or ROM flash I seriously doubt it is just a software glitch.
