Open link and read.
SPFT is the tool to flash smartphones with Mediatek SoC.
You need PC (computer) USB wire and full ROM (software)

Here is the screenshot of the APN settings that work for me.

I have checked the apn settings one more time and determined that the bearer entry was wrong. I unchecked none and choosed the common mobile connection types like lte, umts,gsm...
Then I rebooted my device and now it switches autom. from wifi to mobile data connection.
Provider Vodafone
Country Germany

Have a try. Hope this works with you too.
