My Z is same.  My reseller (Banggood) offered me 50% refund.  I told them to get stuffed and that I would spread the bad word of what crooks they were all over social media.  Now they say 100% and I need to pay shipping.  I am considering further complaint.  The alliance of UMI and all their sales outlets are very unethical.  If they did biz like this in NA or Europe they would be sued into bankruptcy.

My UMI Z Pro has now stopped recharging. There is a red light coming on and going off slowly but the phone does not start anymore.
I noticed very hot phone during last recharges and probably the battery is gone.


I contacted the reseller DealExtreme and I am waiting for their reply.

I am disappointed that UMI produces such an unreliable and perhaps dangerous product.

I will keep everyone updated.
