I have just recieved my new UMI PLUS E and I can't open the sim card slot drawer. I have tried using the supplied tool but that doesn't seem to work . Can anyone tell me what i should be doing to open the slot drawer. I dont want to force anything but i am unable to use the phone or install a sd card. Please help with your suggestions .
You need use supplied tool, fit in to sim card tray hole and push until your tray pops out.
Maybe firstly push Sim tray as maybe is not fully clipped in.
Also you can shake or give light slap in to side of phone.
