Hello, i received my new Umi c note a few says ago. It works very fine, except the microphone. When i am calling, the other person can not hear my voice, it seems that my voice keeps falling away. Anyone Else having the same problem?
Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
Then make call and switch loudspeaker option.
If still is not working then contact to seller.
By my understanding is that the other people can't hear you at all!
