I received my Umidigi Z Pro 2 days ago and realized that when I am listening to the audio notes on WhatsApp the screen starts to blink, it also happens when I receive a voice call .. why is it so? Is there any solution? Already test the parameter settings of the proximity sensors, but it remains the same .. the ROM version is 04/08/2017

Hello, I would like to help with this inconvenience.

You can try reflashing the lastest stock firmware for the UMIDIGI Z Pro:
Lastest ROM: http://community.umidigi.com/thread-7333-1-1.html
Lastest ROM for 4.4V 3800 mAh: http://community.umidigi.com/thread-8488-1-1.html DO NOT FLASH THE 4.4V 3800 mAh VERSION UNLESS YOU CHANGED THE BATTERY CAME WITH THE PHONE
How-to: http://community.umidigi.com/for ... &extra=page%3D1

I hope this helps.

Yes, and tried setting the Proximity Sensor many times but it still does not work, it calibrates very badly .. It is also factory reset and still does not work

I also have the same problem...when on a normal voice call the screen doesn't always turn off when its against my face therefore apps start automatically!
I even reset the phone to factory defaults and flashed the firmware, still no solution.

Hey guys.

I tried several "wave up" apps for my Umi Max. No result. Any idea or suggestions? i calibrate the proximity sensor. Looks like it's ok.

Hi!
Sorry for hear that, but have you seen if you dont have dust inside your phone's sensors?
if your front cam has dust i'ts possible that the sensors can be dirty as well (as well as they can be also a bit mispositioned).
I'm saying this because it seems a bit hardware related if you factory format your phone and reflash it and
the problem persists.
They can be triggered as well in mismatched screen protectors...

Best Regards,
Lincoln.
