Battery stove and off.

Hello guys.
I bought the Umi Plus and at the Bangood store in January 2017, it came to a month and a half and little time of use. It shuts off alone with little use when it is at 75% its battery shuts off as if they have reached 0%, happened with 50% battery or 30%.
I already tried to reset and I tried to calibrate a battery, but it did not solve my problem.

Now the device is with a steady battery, and the store that I bought is doing very little to repair, because I will have to pay shipping charges, which would have been different if I had bought it at Dx.
