Dual sim operation

Is the UMI Iron 'dual active' or 'dual standby' when using 2 sims. where can i find more about dual sim operation?

It's a dual standby phone. You can select which SIM to use for 3G/4G mobile net. Other features are as usual.

I dont like how its managed softwarewise. For example, when you call smn or send SMS you need to call/send, and then to decide from which SIM to do operation. I used to use a few htc dual sim  devices and all of them had this covered with less clics and nicer. But, that is just my opinion...
