I am trying to get my windows x64 pc to see my umi super when i'm using adb.  I have installed and uninstalled countless mtkVCOM driver packages trying to get my Super to show when using command "adb devices".  I have been able to get MTP working as well as mount phone as mass storage but i need help trying to get the computer to see the phone as an adb device.  Any help would be appreciated.

Aren't the VCOM drivers just to get SPFT tool working? Don't remember what I did to get ADB up and running, but it wasn't much. I think I just plugged it in - and it was connected. You do have developer options activated in settings, I presume?

I only have usb 2.0 ports.  Any chance you have a link to working adb drivers.   I've installed 10 or 15 different packages of drivers and all i can get to work are MTP and mass storage stuff.
