Problem with the sound on new Umidigi Z pro

I boought a new Umidigi Z pro on pre-sale and I recive it last april 5. After trying it for several day and doing all I supossed necesary to work fine, the integrated speakers doesn't work. With earphones the sound is ok, but nothings goes out thru the speakers, nor music, video or phone calls. What else can I do?. Is it a problem only with my phone's configuration? If not repaires, It sould be the worst adquisition I could do.

hi i jus got my phone for a week ago, but i got them same problem.... the integrated speakers doesn't work. With earphones the sound is ok, but nothings goes out thru the speakers, nor music, video or phone calls.
i have found out, if i reset the phone and reinstall it it will work for a day or 2, but then the integrated speakers stop working again. so i guse that its a software problem. but all my setting is as you george_ch is writing. any other ways to fix it?

There could be speaker failure cause short circuit then motherboard will deactivate speaker to prevent big damage.
You should contact to seller with full explanation.

You can always try this:
1st you need to have developer access:
        *go to settings=> about phone
        *scroll down to the bottom of the page and mutilple click on "Build Number" till you get a message saying you are a developer
        *go back to settings
        *click on "developer options"
        *turn it on

Once you are a developer, go to your home screen and open the phone app and write this code:
*#*#3646633#*#*

You are now in EngineerMode:
        *scroll right to "Hardware Testing"
        *click on Audio
        *click on Volume
        *click on Audio Playback

Here you should fix your audio problem if it is a software issues.
there are 2 drop donw lists, choose between them what you want to see and fix
The values, by default, are:
Index 0: 0
Index 1: 88
Index 2: 100
Index 3: 112
4: 124
5 136
6 148
7 160
8 172
9 184
10 196
11 208
12 220
13 232
14 244
15 255

Firstly please perform factory reset in case some system errors.
