Hello,

This message is overall for the Umidigi team that I cannotcontact otherwise.  I hope somebody from them will read my issue.

The pictures taken with the Z Pro are quite good.  But I am very disappointed that it is not possible to shoot in raw.  That would be an enormous plus for a phone which has all the specifications to perform it.

Perhaps am I very naive to suggest such an update but I am sure that many users would be interested… and many potential users.

Jean-Michel.

PS : How can I send a message to the Umidigi developpers ?

Hi,
We are sorry but MediaTek chipsets do not support to save camera pictures in raw format.
Sorry but you cannot contact the developers.

Hello Bencebacsi,

Thank you for your answer.

No need anymore to contact the developpers when the chipset doesn't allow the raw format.  It's sadly over then.

Good night (french Belgium).

Jean-Michel.
