STOCK ANDROID NOTIFICATION PANEL

Hello
I saw someone that has the Umi Z and also has the android 6.0 stock notification panel, so not the transparant one, or the black one.
You can see what I mean in the screenshot below.
How can I get that notification panel on my phone?
And I'm also ready to root the phone, and use Xposed Installer

I use Android N-fiy to make my notification colours grey and not black (needs root) ... http://repo.xposed.info/module/tk.wasdennnoch.androidn_ify
