[i=s] Edited by yubris at 2017-4-18 13:18 \n\nI think understand why the battery runs out quickly, I tested the app with 3 different capacities, the result has only 1,000 but instead of 3780 declared from Umidigi. The apps of the test are: Power Clean, HW Device Info, Device Info. Have someone can explain it?
Thanks

Fernando

Hi
Currently all battery apps from play store can't handle this hardware and can't calculate correctly battery details.
I must say that in most phones this apps see only 1000 mAh.

I used Accubattery.

At the first start, it shows designed capacity as 1000mAh and needs to be manually updated.

On my Z Pro, it recorded close to the stated capacity when charged to 95%.

Maybe you can try this app to verify. If the maximum input is only 1000mAh, then should reject the phone.

Do you have three Chinese smartphones to compare? Because I have and as I said most of phones are showing 1000 mAh.
Exactly as other user mentioned you need set manually correct battery capacity before charging.
Also you can buy USB charger adapter to check charging voltage, current and calculate proper battery capacity.

I doubt that it only has 1000 mah, but i think the software isn't optimized for the phone yet, i think Umi need's to do some tuning of the software.

It's only about the bad compatibility of some hardware analyzing apps but the system software itself can handle the battery well. There's nothing to tune about this.
