UMI Z It only power on in factory mode

My Umi Z yesterday, one month of use, after it discharged, only initialize in factory mode.
I would like some help, please.

Easy to fix, just flash the latest ROM for the Umi Z with SP Flash tool and it should work!

A friend recently ordered a Umi Z Phone for me from Ali Express. However, a week ago umi z  phone just turned it self off, it was at 50%power  and charging but some minuteslater it was dark.

I have tried holding all the buttons, to do a hard rest. I have also connected it to a pc and the phone charger  but all it does is show redled light which is on and  in the corner all the time when connected and when charging,but the screen is completely dead.
I also downloaded sp flash tool and umi z Romand  to flash the phone use all advised problem solving technique on umi digi forum. However, the   won't connect to the computer.  was advised to open the phone and take out the battery and return it but i dont want to void the warranty. advise need pls. so frustrated, actually regretting why i bought the phone.
