I discovered something by accident.

If the phone is switched off, it's normal charging at 5V. Power on and the input voltage is 12.2V.

you´re right   but fast is something else entirely... maybe a bug?!

Maybe. Hope the mods can feed the been to support team.

support is bad as hell... they do not answer to email enquiries. would not surprise me if they do not react to customer issues

Are you using the cable and power plug that came with the phone? You won't get high speed without their power plug. Try also installing Ampere from the store, it will track the charging power.

Try it with the phone switched off.. It draws 5V.

Did that with the supplied cable and charger.

I used the original charger and cable of course

Seems kinda slow on mine too, my One Plus 2 had 63% left and it reached near 100% before the Umi did from around 70%
