Cannot connect to verizon wireless in US

I purchased UMI Super 4G Phablet online. looks good, feel good.
But when i inserted my Verzion wirless SIM card, i couldnt connect to the cellular network.
I tried change the settings, LTE/GSM and some other settings, but didnt help.
Any one can help me with that?

Also, the device every here and there, get black screen with 'android' text on it and get stuck like that, untill i click a long click on the power button and restart the device.
