Cannot receive calls on 4G? Straight to voicemail

Hey all,

I purchased this UMI plus e a couple of weeks ago.

So first, I guess that I should of come here first to see and read about this device being less than stellar. I definitely has a lot of problems.

I just noticed that I cannot recieve calls, they go straight to voicemail. I can dial out. I realized that I can recieve calls if downgrade the netowrk settings to 3G, I can recieve calls.

I am in Canada, and I double checked the frequency bands before I purchased it and it is compatible with my service provider (VirginMobileCanada)



I have done several factory resets, to no avail.

Is there a way that I can receive calls and be on LTE at the same time? Actually I haven't even seen this device hit LTE yet, stuck on 4G all the time.

VoLTE issue with network not bothering with settings .... Same in UK on some frequencies...
