Sometimes I no longer have sound on my phone. I am obliged to restart it so that the sounds are active.

I experience the same issue. Often after I thrown my phone into "Do not Disturb" mode.

Had the same issue, and I had the phone returned and refunded. No mobile phone should have issues with sounds.
