Hi,

Are there any service centers for UMIDIGI Z pro in India ? I am looking forward to buy the UMIDIGI Z pro but I can't find any service centers for the phone in india. Please advise what do I do if the phone has a problem.

Hi,
We are sorry but UMIDIGI is not yet officially present in India. If you buy it online and any problem occurs, you can return your device to your seller to make it repaired or replaced.

Hi,

Any idea when will Umidigi be officially presnt in India. I don't want to go through the trouble of sending the phone back to the internatinal seller everytime there is an issue. Also would the seller repair it if something happens after the warranty expires ?

Sorry but probably not in this year. However you still might be able to find local dealers, who offer local warranty.
