Plus E Microphone not working

Hi just recieved my Plus E and great phone but the Microphone isnt working.
I works on loud speaker and can also work with voice recording however if used like a normal phone upto your head no one can hear what is beign said.

Is there any fixes for this?

Firstly perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
If doesn't help please contact seller for warranty.
Also you can try flash your phone with SPFT
