USB C to HDMI adapter

I am looking for this adapter to connect the Super to my TV, found it for other models but not for Super. Is this model not MHL compatible?

Why the need for HDMI, just use USB.

I don't think the USB port is of much use beyond data transfer and charging on the Super.
