a few problems with the Z phone

Got the phone today and have run into a problem.

The update thats there for the phone, i cant get the phone to DL it, it just say requested range not satisiable ???

What do it do, i have tried to do a factory reset.

Okay bypassed this issue by turning off wifi and the need to DL updates via that route, not really a issue as my data plan ( too ) have plenty of overhead

Aint it nice when people are able to help them self.
