Umi Super restarts alone and load android logo for minutes

Hello, bought my second Umi Super this month, with same problem as the previous one, the phone restarts random every hour at least 5 times every hour,after restart it's loading Android for 5 -6 min every time, you can imagine how annoing this is ??? bough 2 phones with same problem in 1 month, deffinetly it's somethind dodgy happening with these phones, on you tube there are alot of people with same problem. is there any way this problem can be fixed??? i don't want to send this back again an wait 3 weeks for refund.
When the phone is used on fb,you tube,games  it doesen't restart, only when the phone is not used.

I have a Umi Plus also and it's perfectly fine, no errors nothing, the Super makes me smash it on the f wall.

This sounds like a software issue more than a hardware issue.

What you could do to be sure is to Format the phone completely and flash the latest Nougat 7 Rom. Doing this would require you to repair your emei number since they would be whiped. At least doing this would rule out this being a software issue, if it indeed is a hardware issue you been VERY UNLUCKY for it to happen to you twice.

I am also geting the same problem.

When I dont use the Super UMI phone, it shuts down and shows 'android' on the screen. I have to try to reboot it and it takes a long time to start again.

Any solution?

I didnt flash the phone, I used the FOTA update. After update the problem is solved and the phone is working well.

You might have an app making trouble. Do you use the phones with same apps, and the Umi plus with others ?
