hello i  receive my UMI plus E and have one problem. My problem is Ghost touch like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9ys2djfr1U. I cant solve. Maby that problem is hardware or software I try with SGS SCREEN BOOSTER but not succsses. Can any one help me.

pls HELP.

Same problem here. Not as serious as in previous video. There are certain times that it does and others do not. I found that some applications make it more serious. But I have reset the phone more than 2 times. Is it a hardware or software problem?

Please update your phone to latest software from here

You have two options SPFT and OTA zip file.
But firstly you can check on FOTA update (settings - about phone - wireless update - check for updates) or perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)

If I preinstall my phone by SPFT did that solve my problem?

In my case, FOTA was make in time (12ENE2017).
Yesterday, I removed my SDCard (Could be a virus) and then I maked OTA (twice, one alone and another with fabric reset)... but ghost click continues.
Today, after work, I going to try SPFT.
