App problems - Umi Plus E

Hello Umi Community,
I just received my Umi Plus E and i have problems with some apps like Facebook and Instagram. I can' t open them and the only thing it shows me is the window to report or to close it. I don' t know if there is a problem with the software or with the apps because some other apps work fine. My edition number is V3.02_20161211 and i have ANDROID 6.0.1 if this helps. Thank you for your time.

Ignore those 2 apps. As a matter of fact it does with all the apps and i have to restart it. I did it 2 times in 1 day.

Did you check background tasks clear option.? If you don't want system to shutting down apps in background you need check each app in white list. Settings - background tasks clear

Thank you for your help. I did it and i don't have so much problem but i have some others. Last night the phone close itself and i couldn't open it. It had 65% battery. I left it to charge and now is working fine (for now). I have some problems that i think are results from a software problem. I guess. I really don' t know. I waited with great expectations the UMI PLUS E but my first days of usage are difficult with these diferent problems.

OK, if I may say so, because I am not a fan of Facebook and Instagram.

I have this phone from the begging of this month and is working fine after installing all update {V3 2017} and daily using it with the flip cover with window.

Other problems that I've encountered using it.

1. I may say that when you use in a call conversation with the window lid of the case closed, you have to be careful and not to touch the red button in the window during the conversation with the ear, because it will instant end the conversation.

2. I have noticed that the notification sound is heard in both devices: in my Jabra Blotooth hands free and in my phone speakers too.

3. There is no option to set a different volume level between phone ring and notification ring.

Finally yet, the least, the quality of pictures.
Even in natural light, is slightly weak as most of other phones equipped with 13MP camera (I compared myself with my old LG G3 D855, my son old Huawey U9200, that are best in pic than UMI Plus E), maybe, can a software update for the back camera could improve the picture quality.

Other  thing that I have encountered using it is that sometime I have to double or triple tap on an icon/button/cursor in no matter already lounced app.
