UMI PLUS E nor working at all

I received my umi plus e yesterday and simply it does nor work. Nothing. No signal at all even when charging.
The charger is ok. as i tried with other phones.
Pressing all buttons at once; volume button e power button por 10, 20, 30 secs. Nothing.
Most probable chance is that it came to me damaged.
What shall i do?

Firstly contact reseller.
If you want you can try flash your phone with SPFT to latest available firmware from here

I have received my phone the 24th of december, exactly the same problem , impossible to start the smartphone.

I have put the phone in charge, and after 3hours of stand by the phone are OK.

I think it's the freeze of transportation for me , the phone are too freeze.

after a long time in my pocket the phone work perfectly

You need update phone to latest ROM. Please read my previous post.
