Accelerator stuck

The accelerator on my umi super is stuck. The last time, I had to do factory reset in order to unstuck it but 2-3 weeks later it's stuck again and the phone does not go into landscape mode. The calibration doesn't help and the "air bublles" are in the middle position ignoring the phone's orientation. I read somewhere that you can manually delete the calibration data file in order to unstuck it but I'm not sure where this file is

I have the latest: 20161121. The accelerator is still frozen and a factory reset will correct it but I don't want to keep resetting my phone every 2-3 weeks
