UMI iron camera always out of focus

Hi,
I just recieved my UMI Iron 2 days ago and I was enjoying it untill I opened the camera & tried to take a picture everything went blurry then it never focus again so all pictures and videos are blurry. I tried these things:
1. Reset camera options to default. Still out of focus
2. Restarting phone.  The first time I open the camera after restart it looks OK but if I try to take picture or video it goes out of focus and it never comes back to normal.
3. I did complete reset for the phone from settings menu but it didn't work also.

Please help...

Note: I bought the phone from coolicool.com & when I contacted them they told me to wipe the phone by pressing + key & power key together for 5 seconds so it will take me to wipe menu. I tried doing this but the phone restarts immediatly after 5 sec and it did not give any options?
Here are 2 pictures I took for a poster in wall one was by UMI iron & other one by iphone 4 both pictures taken from same distance at the same time for comparision.
Edit: I downloaded a camera app from Play store it's name is " Camera FV-5 Lens " & this app immediatly gave me error about focus so this is a confirm that this is camera hardware problem & not  software.

Hello, just a question do you have clean up the glass of the rear camera to be sure ?
Post some pictures would be a great idea to check the quality.

Am sure the lens is clean because after restart the first time I open it the it looks clear but the moment I try to take picture or video it goes out of focus and never focus again.

Pressing + & Power button when phone is off takes me to this:
Select Boot Mode:
- Recovery Mode.
- FastBoot.
- Normal.

I have tried all of these options one by one but it didn't help. Also tried shaking the phone & it did not work.

I mean it did boot in recovery mode but that did not fix the camera problem it still the same. This flash tool seems to be complicated but I will look at it. Thanks

So this is an update. I tried flashing my phone with USB flash tool but this did not fix camera problem. I also just flashed the phone again to ROM 1.6 using rootjoy and still same problem with camera so I think this is manufacturing/mechanical problem with the camera.

I bought this phone from www.coolicool.com and I have been intouch with them since the phone arrive & they keep on asking me to do this and that but they have not been helpful in anyway till today even though it is a manufacturing issue with phone hence it should be covered by coolicool.com or UMI.

Yes I did try 2 camera apps from play store but it was the same unfortunately.

coolicool.com asked me to return the phone back to them using only registered mail & not express mail. So they can check it. As per my experience Registered mail from my country to China takes average 4 to 6 weeks .. so 4 weeks to China & 1 or 2 weeks with coolicool & then 4 weeks back to me. This covers average of 10 weeks! which is too much time for me ...
I will try with them sending me OEM camera and I can fix it at local phone service shop.

old thread .. but wanted to give update they refused to send me replacement camera and they wanted me to send it to them with registered mail for fixing so I didn't want to do that.

www.coolicool.com was worst customer service ever I have seen compared to other Chinese online shops .. Also I bought a cover with my phone but they told me it was out of stock at that time so they will send it to me in another package which has never came yet.
