Akku defect

At my super the akku is becoming bigger and opend the phone with the pressure in the middle, so that i lose the Start button. The fingerprint bottom lay 5mm down. I habe opend it and i take the accu out that it can not damage the Handy. Has umi a shop in germany wäre i can become a New one? I habe warranty for more than 6 month  is that true?
Has anyone the same problem? Thanks for answere. I dont want to wait for 4 Werk Form shopping to germany.

You shouldn't have open it. Say bye bye to the warranty (if you had one)

Nobody can wait for warranty with a explosiv phone in a house. You have  to look that not more
happend. The Glas was round 5 mm because oft the pressure from the akku and it was
to dangerous to wait. I hope Umi understand and send me quick a New akku.

Unfortunately,  UMI does not handle any warranty issues. It's the responsibility of the seller.

You should contact to reseller as most time they offer 12 months warranty but umi is giving 24 months.
Reseller could offer for you free repair but you need send device there.
Or you can get partial refund.

Well if you have pics of the phone with the swollen battery just send them to the seller ND try to go with a refund (even partial) or ask for a new battery.
