I´ve bought a new UMI Super. It started it complete normally but then it says adroid will start and after that I have a black screen and in the middle the android company logo is there to see since 30 Minutes.

Not sure, never tried, but I read elsewhere that holding volume up (some google hit also mentions volume down, experience with it) when pressing power button for 5 seconds should take you to recovery mode.
Give it a try.

You can press power button until phone switch off. Then you can try restart again.
If not help you need use SPFT and flash you system to latest ROM

But please skip 6th step as in this case you need check preloader to overwrite partitions.
