I bought the UMI Plus from one of your official reseller and since I received the phone I got 3g/4g problems, I spoke with the customer service and they said "we cannot do anything a part from suggest to change the SIM card", the return was available with a shipping cost of 100 dollars (basically more than half of your phone price).
I managed to update Android to v7 using your official guide and hoping was a solution but nothing changed apparently.
I live in UK where the phone should be supported and the connection of your phone sucks even if I try to change the type of connection using the Network app (you can find several posts in this forum about that app).
I would like to have a proper support, you should take the community call to refund us or find a proper solution.
Your brand looks like a fraud.
