Recently unable to use phone due to flashing fake finger clicks on screen even turning phone to factory setup.
any information may help? Do i need firmware installation or is it a general problem aout updates?
Heey!! No one knows something about that permanent clicking on screen virus and how to disable it?.
I was able to set show finger pressure on screen and see how that virus works.
Is there any goodness at risky "flashing" to miss FOTA updates and does it protects vulnarability.

No idea?

No way.

I used SP flash with format all.
TWRP menu appeared with some screen crush back ground.
And, Premanent Clicks still proceeds on menus.
IS THIS HARWDWARE FAILURE???? those permanent finger clicks do not let me use phone.
It SEEMS LIKE I WILL CANCEL my umi plus E order and will ask refund UMI SUPER...
next forfeit umidigi.
LOL..
this site funny..
I guess UMI using me a Beta tester how to resolve that problem myself.

only remains UMI update issue 201611

Hi
After reading all your details I suspect SD card fault  (maybe virus is there).
You need flash your phone again, or factory reset then use your phone for few days without SD card to confirm SD card fault. To restore imei number please follow this instruction http://community.umidigi.com/for ... &highlight=Imei

By my opinion if you got any virus/trojan SPFT and full flash should fix your problem. Factory reset should fix too.
What is mean that screen is clicking? Then you saying that screen is inaccurated. I can't follow your explanation. Will you tell me did you root your device? Which software you using build number.

Problem is something is causing permanent 5 finger clicks on screen centering at top, center and bottom causing permanent window actions.
I say this due to i was able to show finger pressures at developer option.
I doubt it is hardware or trojan. when i make phone idle a few days it disappears but after some screen preocess it starts again.

I have first Factory reset. it did not help. so i suspected UMI updates.

Then i did SPFT full flash clearing everything. and rooted today. it seemed fine but after inserting exSD or may be it is due to charge heating it started again.
mt6755 super
kernel 3.18.22 gcc 4.9 google
imei1=111111
imei2=222222  did i lost imei??

i doubt virus or hardware. howcome basic firmware installation may awake a trojan from SD.
I iam using SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1640, 20161017_c239v55_kw_u1 and update.

MAY IT BE ENABLING DEVELOPER OPTIONS AND SELECTING SHOW SCREEN PRESSURES?
i dont think so it also keeps processing while show is not available.

Just connect your phone to USB when it's turned off. In the writing process it will automatically switch to meta mode.

Without SD no problem yet..

Sorry but I can't understand your post. Could you explain what you mean. Now I know everything something happens with Internet and didn't show me whole your post. You can plug in this sd card to computer and format. Then virus should be gone but sd card could be damaged too.

every caution shown here has some tricks.
people needs to read posts carefully.
for example SP flash is done at UMI SUPER while powering off and still connected.
and above post that guy could not use IMEI store software that needs a trick also
