umi super cannot back my sms and other media from samsung

i have been trying to get in touchw ith someone
i had samsung galaxy s7 edge
also have on my backed up and also on google drive backed up
but cannotseems to get my messsages and my pics back on this phone not sure how to get restore on this phone


also any files i down load it says cannot open

please if possible to speak to somone

As you know umi and Samsung using differently modified systems based on Android system. I could advise you to use Samsung smart switch to swap some files this program is designed to swapping files to Samsung smartphones but maybe other way will work too. You  can always try get some app from play store.
Messages you can copy on sim card and then try open on umi phone.
