Hi guys, I have an Acer laptop with Windows 10. Connecting my UMi Plus shows 'Unknown device' in device-manager, see picture 1. Right-clicking and opting to update-driver suggests that the driver is founsd and tries to install it, but unsucessfully, see pictire 2. Any ideas??
