Estimated date of Shipping isn´t the 10th of dec.

Hey Guys!
I ordered 3 UMI Plus E on the 23th of november on banggood.com (Because aliexpress wouldnt ship to germany)

Now they tell me, that the phone and the accessories will be able to send to me on the 23-25th of december ....
What should i do now? The employees on banggood wont call UMI to clear the topic and it looks like theres no one who will be able to help me (your customer...)

So is anybody here how can bring light into the dark and tell me, that the goods will be shipped on the 10th ?
Because otherwise i even can cancel my order regarding the long time of shipping to germany.. (I´ve bought the phones for our business with www.jfuehr.com )

I really need a phone and this is such a chance of marketing for UMI because on exhibitions, we will present our products on our tablets and phones ..

Hi,

The shipping of UMi Plus E will start on 10th December to the retailers, however we cannot process all orders on the same day. Generally the retailers process the oldest orders paid with express shipping first, then later orders, not with express shipping and so on.

I ordered a handset from Banggood, they asked me to wait till Jan 2017.
They will be shipping by 22nd Dec, but the last week of Dec is full of holidays and it wont be delivered till second week of Jan.
UMI is now showing lack of commitment here, why are they giving false information to customer on the release dates and shipping dates.
UMI should have said earlier that delivery will start late December.
I am not sure what else to expect.
I hope the device UMI PLUS E will be of good quality and will atleast last for a couple of years.
Bad move UMI.

Ordered from banggood.com 23 november 2016 and showing despatch 20-23 december. I didnt see 10december never before.
For me is very important to have good quality and I hope working GPS because almost all UMI doesnt work GPS (Latest UMI Super I coundt use in on my holiday in Croatia) :-(
