no sound , no microphone , no music !

hey, my umi super just stop getting any sound, or music, also on calls, and microphone dont work !
even if i try with aux i get no sound
were is the problem ?

Check your sound settings.
Check is headphones icon on top bar.
If not connect your headphones in to device and play any music then disconnect and check are you getting on loud speaker. Ring to somebody and check is your receiver speaker working and change to loud speaker working.
Try record video, and voice record and check are your microphone working.
You can restart, or factory reset your device in case some app or virus is blocking something.
Otherwise is hardware problem.
Will you tell me when this happened, does this happened suddenly, was speaker cracking firstly etc?

its just happened suddenly,suddenly the charge take much more time (more than 3 hours to full charge !!) and the speaker ,microphone,and the load speaker stop working !
i try all the sound settings, and i reset my device, nothing change .
if its a hardware problem, what could i do? i have it just  2 months , i buy it from aliexpress

Did you tried plug in headphones?
If still not working there is hardware problem and you need contact seller for warranty.
Sorry but I don't see other option.
Let me know what you decide to do.

i try to plug headphones , the smartphone even donr recognize it , the seller said he could fix it for me for free, but to send it and getting it back it well coast me a lot, israel post is very expensive , and i had to wait almost 3 months from sending it.
i think im buying new phone

Please check your USB and headphones port for alien objects and for damage (water, pin bent etc).
If there was no short in usb port or headphones port try update phone using SPFT and if this not help Probably is hardware issue sounds like be music chip fault.
