I bought UMI Plus (10 days back) and now there is NO sound from the Speaker i.e. Music doesn't play... no sound in Videos.
Earphone works fine and sound during call is fine too but no sound in ring tone.
It worked fine for few days. I have done wireless update too.
Current firmware version : UMI PLUS.V3.01_20161117
I have checked all the settings related so sound but with no luck.

I presume that sounds during call is fine as you using receive speaker not loud speaker?
Probably loud speaker stopped working (hardware issue, poor contact or internal failure of speaker) If you didn't drop your device etc. Contact your seller
I'm having the same problem, the notification sounds, videos, applications open normally, the ring tone does not work, very strange, I've already changed everything that is possible in the sounds settings menu.
