umi iron pro bricked itself ERROR: NAND Flash was not detected!

Hello there.
5 days ago the phone closed itself and never opened again. I did not make any software changes on the phone until this time. I also knew that the battery was over 75%.
I tried to open it again after trying to install the ROM with Y901_UMIIRON_V3.02_20151649_2 with SP_Flash_Tool_exe But there was no change in the device.
The UMI logo appears on the screen for 1 second and closes again. I can see the recovery menu when the volume up key and the Power key are pressed.
But when I choose anything, the phone just hangs up. When I do a memory test, I get the following information.
Only these 2 regions are marked in red. ERROR: NAND Flash was not detected! ERROR: UFS was not detected!
Is there anyone who can help in this matter?Thank you in advance for your help
