I'm having this very same problem with Antelife: they just ignore all my requests about the free flip case promised to every order placed before July the 20th.
But what's worse: I have a unit with defective SD card slot, which made me ask for a replacement phone since day one (August the 31th), but each passing day it becomes clearer to me that Antelife are delaying the request on purpose.
On the first email I pointed them to the thread about the issue on these forums, and gave them all necessary details, yet they're asking the "have you tried a factory reset" or "have you tried with a different SD card" kind of questions, one on every email. And they are only replying to one email each 24/48 hours.
Jesus, they even asked me to record a video of the issue which they never got to watch: WeTransfer link is about to expire and it hasn't been downloaded even once.
I fear that they get past the 15 days limit and deny me the right for a replacement afterwards, making me wait some more months to see if they can fix this defective unit.
Please, can Umi do something about this situation? |
