Push notifications not working

Hi apps are not showing push notifications correctly. This is mostly third party apps like Bluemail, mail.ru, Tinder

The notifications appear once the app is launched but not before. All notifications settings appear to be correct.

try settings/background task clear and checking the relevant boxes, might work
