Umi Touch speaker stopped working

Hi, a few days ago I noticed that the speaker on my phone has stopped working. I've tried restarting and adjusting the volume, but videos, audio files and alarms etc no longer make any sound. Sound still works through the headphones though.

Has anyone else had a problem like this?

My problem is similar than yours. The speaker sounds badly and not clearly at all in telephone calls.
