Cannot Receive Notification when Screen is sleeping

Hello,

I cannot receive any notifications when the screen is sleeping and no notification wakes up the screen.

I only receive when the screen is awake.

I am updated to the latest OTA update

Please can anyone help ?

Go to settings, under memory or task killer set the applications you wish to receive notifications not to be cleared from memory, at least thats how i solved my similar issue with fb messenger, with other apps i didn't have any problem.
