UMi Touch X suddenly went to bootloop

Hello,

last week I put my UMi Touch X on the charger but suddenly it rebooted and went into the bootloop.

I had the official ROM on my UMI Touch. I had to flash it as the back button stopped working and my seller told me to do so. The flash was successfull, from the official page below.

I have tried to flash the phone with the UMi original ROM from official page followed the instruction but with no success.

What should I do? Any idea?

Hi,

Please make it clear. Do you have a UMi Touch or Touch X? If you flashed the correct ROM, please flash it again but with choosing the 'Format All + Download' option.
