Source code for Umi Super

Hello!

I've had the Umi Super now for a few weeks and so far I've been very satisfied in general with this phone, but there's one thing that's sorta negative about this phone and other phones from you - that's the fact that the source code is being withheld by Umi - which really is not good and hurts future development of custom roms and what not for this phone. Withholding the source code is a terrible move as well, as it violates the GPL license and it's up to the manufacturer, UMI, to release this source code as Mediatek is not the ones that provide the binaries for this phone.

Could you please consider putting up a repository with at least the kernel source code, as it would be highly beneficial for us that want to develop for your phones?

If the source code is released i'm willing to refresh my programming skills in order to improve the touch response for our phones, UMI please release the prisoner!

Yes, I would definitely consider to try some development for this phone if they release the source code, but I doubt they'll do it.
