Dear Users,
As legal obligations the warranty is always provided by the seller and in the EU it must be at least 2 years long but with serious restrictions after 6 months. Any obligations of the warranty are never related to the manufacturer, except those special cases when that turns out, the product is dangerous due to bad design/manufacturing. The burning battery of Samsung Galaxy S7 is a such example but a simply bad working battery, screen etc. is not a such example. Since UMi is not an authority, we have no rights to take action on a retailer if they don't fulfill their duty about warranty. You always can request the local authority to assist you if needed.
So, our warranty page is just about to inform you about your rights, not to ensure them since that's not our responsibility, moreover, not our possibility until we don't directly sell our products to you.
